New Toys - Tuesday, November 2

Well, I finally dove in and decided to do some modifications on my blog template. After a little digging I found that the template is a lot more customizable than I origionally thought. Over the last week I have upgraded several features of my blog and I thought I would share them in case you didn't notice.

Upgraded header with custom image.

Added "Current Posts" to navigation bar.

Redesigned "Archives" pages to list entry subjects with links instead of full entries.

Changed "Archives" list to show in sequential order, instead of alphabetical.

Removed rounded corners on boxes for faster loading.

Added contact information that includes instructions on how to chat with me.

Added chat status indicatior next to Chat link.

Added Google Ads so I can get paid for all the ones YOU CLICK ON.

Started notify list (newsletter) to let people know when new entries are added.

Created nifty button for people to link my site and added nifty tool to distribute code.

Added "Add to Favorites" link (Internet Explorer only).

Created Amazon Wishlist and posted link so you can buy me stuff.

Added Google site search that allows you to search for things on my blog only.

Added site statistics with guest account so all visitors can view web statistics.

Changed site layout (code) for Mozilla/Netscape browser compatibility.

Comments have always been here, but people just dont see them I guess.

I will probably add more things as I find them. I'm always looking for something cool to stick on this thing. If you have any suggestions, just email me and I'll have a look.
